On September 13, 2024, complex civil protection applications were carried out under the title "Actions of the Orhei district's governing bodies and civil protection forces in organizing the liquidation of the consequences of earthquakes, catastrophic floods, production failures, major accidents involving hazardous substances and epizootics".
Red Cross Moldova - Chisinau Branch and Red Cross of Moldova - Orhei Branch volunteers practiced evacuation techniques, first aid and disaster consequence management. Through these exercises, they strengthened their skills in rapid intervention and community protection in critical moments.
The event highlighted the importance of collaboration between different intervention forces to ensure an effective emergency response.
